why aren’t we able to breathe anymore?

We live in a rush.

Breathing is an involuntary action in which we don't put much attention to during our day-to-day activities. With age, we breathe shallower and shallower and our diaphragm starts to flutter.

Oppressive society.

As kids, we were told to stop crying or screaming or even playing with our genitals. The results is blocking our emotions and holding our breath.

We are stressed out.

We are too often on our fight and flight nervous system. We have strong emotional tensions and outbursts we don't recognize we hold our breath even during our normal activities.

...are you aware of your breath right now? You can start breathing again!
