1 breath-work

breath is the most vital process of the body. it influences the activity of each and every cell, and most importantly, is intimately linked with the performance of the brain. most people breathe incorrectly, using a small part of their lungs capacity. the practice of breathwork prepares to correct breathing. in addition, it helps with the awareness of the breathing process, which is normally ignored and bring a sense of calm and relaxation.

2 gentle movement

body movements allow releasing our tensions and spread endorphins all around our body communicating a sense of contentment and a reduction of muscle tensions and cortisol levels (our stress hormone).

gentle Vinyasa Yoga or Chair Yoga can be performed literally anywhere in the office.

3 mindful meditations

how many times a day do busy people allow themself to stop, in silence and stillness? mindful meditations aid people to feel, examine and observe some inner sensations and place space between the external world and thoughts, without trying to alter them. mindfulness eliminates daily pressures by enabling the employee to take a streamlined approach to their workflow resulting in greater productivity. this equals less stress but the ability to work more efficiently.
